Welcome to BillyBets Casino. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the contract between you (“Player”, “you”, “your”) and BillyBets (operated by NovaForge Ltd or its affiliate brand names) governing your use of the BillyBets website, mobile web app and services (the “Service” or “Platform”). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, making deposits, placing wagers or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies and rules referenced herein.

  1. Definitions
  • “Account” means your registered BillyBets account.
  • “Bonuses” means promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other incentive awarded under promotional rules.
  • “Casino Games” means all RNG slots, table games, video poker, specialty games and other non-live titles available on the Platform.
  • “Live Casino” means games offered with live dealers and streamed video (/live-casino/).
  • “Sport(s)” and “Sportsbook” refer to sports and related betting markets offered on the Platform (/sportsbook/).
  • “Crypto Payments” means deposits or withdrawals using cryptocurrencies (/crypto-casino/).
  • “Player Funds” means funds in your account balance available for play and withdrawal.
  • “Wager” or “Bet” means a stake placed on casino games or sporting events.
  1. Acceptance and updates 2.1 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BillyBets. By creating an Account, making a deposit or using the Platform you accept these Terms and any additional rules that apply to specific games, promotions or services.

2.2 BillyBets reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting updated Terms on the Platform and (where required by law) by direct communication to registered Players. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.

  1. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or older if the law in your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age) to open an Account, deposit funds or gamble on the Platform.

3.2 Access and use of the Platform is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gambling or the services provided by BillyBets are prohibited by law or by these Terms. Examples of restricted jurisdictions include (but are not limited to): the United States (and U.S. states where prohibited), Belgium, Denmark, France (where local restrictions apply), Estonia, Curaçao residents, certain U.S. states (including but not limited to Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia (U.S. state)), China, Cyprus and other jurisdictions listed at registration. The full and authoritative list of restricted jurisdictions is provided during account registration; you must not attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions.

3.3 Accessing the Platform from a restricted location, or providing false information regarding your location, identity, age or residency, is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

  1. Account registration, security and verification (KYC) 4.1 Registration: To open an Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping Account information up to date.

4.2 Verification: Prior to certain activity (including withdrawal of funds) BillyBets will require identity and address verification documentation (KYC). Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Verification is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations.

4.3 Timing: BillyBets aims to review verification documents promptly. Typical verification review times are up to three (3) business days; however verification may take longer where additional information is required.

4.4 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, and for all activity on your Account. You must notify BillyBets immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. BillyBets may require two-factor authentication (2FA) and may suspend access pending investigation.

4.5 Multiple Accounts: You may hold only one Account unless prior written approval is obtained. Creating multiple Accounts to abuse promotions or avoid restrictions is prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture.

Deposits, withdrawals and account limits 5.1 Deposit methods: BillyBets supports a range of payment methods including payment cards (Visa/MasterCard), e-wallets (Jeton, Skrill, Neteller, Mifinity), bank transfers, regional options and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple, Binance Coin etc.). 5.2 Minimums and maximums: The minimum deposit is €20 (or currency equivalent). The minimum withdrawal is €10. Standard withdrawal limits for non-VIP Players are €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €7,000 per month. Higher limits may be available to VIP Players subject to KYC and Account review. BillyBets reserves the right to set individual limits.

5.3 Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallets and many crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 0–24 hours after the finance department approves the withdrawal; card and bank transfers generally require 3–5 business days (subject to banking processes). The finance department operates Monday–Friday; withdrawals initiated or approved on weekends may be processed on the following business day. Overall pending time estimates vary between 0–5 days depending on verification and the chosen method.

5.4 Verification and holds: All withdrawals are subject to verification checks and compliance reviews. BillyBets may place holds on withdrawals until required documentation is received and validated.

5.5 Fees: BillyBets does not charge deposit fees. Third-party processor or banking fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Player unless otherwise stated. Any fees charged by BillyBets are disclosed at the time of transaction.

5.6 Payment restrictions: For regulatory and promotions reasons certain deposit methods may be excluded from eligibility for Bonuses (for example Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from the casino welcome offer). BillyBets may further restrict payment methods for specific promotions, markets or accounts.

5.7 Maximum cashout on bonuses: Certain jurisdictions may have maximum cashout restrictions on bonus winnings. For specific promotions, players from jurisdictions including Thailand, Japan, Brazil, Chile and Peru may be limited to cashing out up to 10x the bonus value. Applicable limits are disclosed in the promotion terms.

  1. Bonuses, promotions and wagering requirements 6.1 Promotional terms: All Bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to additional specific Bonus Terms published at the time of the promotion. The general Bonus policy and current promotional offers are available at our Promotions area (/bonuses/).

6.2 Eligibility: Only one Welcome Bonus (or one of the available Welcome Bonus options) may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, device and payment method unless otherwise specified. BillyBets reserves the right to refuse or reclaim Bonuses where manipulation, fraud or abuse is suspected.

6.3 General Bonus rules (examples):

  • Casino Welcome Bonus: 100% match up to €500 + 200 free spins (or as specified in promotion materials). Minimum qualifying deposit: €20 (or equivalent). Bonus wagering requirement: 35× (deposit + bonus) for the deposit bonus; 40× for winnings from free spins. Free spins are distributed as 20 spins per day for 10 consecutive days. Maximum bet while a bonus is active: €5 per spin/bet (or currency equivalent). Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from this Welcome Bonus.
  • Sports Welcome Bonus: 100% match up to €100 (variable by currency). Sports wagering requirement: 6× (deposit + bonus). Qualifying bets must be at minimum odds of 2.00 for single bets (or 1.50 per selection for multi-bets) unless otherwise stated.
  • Cashback, reloads, accumulator boosts and weekly offers are subject to individual terms (e.g., contribution percentages, maximum amounts, wagering multipliers). See the specific promotion terms for full rules.

6.4 Game contribution to wagering: Wagering contribution differs by game type. Standard contribution rules are:

  • Slots and most instant-play slot-type games: 100% contribution to wagering requirements.
  • Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker variants): typically 10% contribution to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
  • Live Casino games: provided subject to reduced contribution; check specific Bonus Terms.
  • Other games (video poker, keno, scratchcards, crash games) may have specific contribution rates. Contribution rates for a promotion are listed in that promotion’s terms and will override general defaults. 6.5 Bonus abuse and manipulation: BillyBets may withhold, void or reclaim Bonuses and winnings if it reasonably believes that Bonus terms have been breached, including attempting to meet wagering requirements through collusion, bonus-grabbing techniques, or systematic play that defeats the spirit of the Bonus (e.g., placing maximum bets to quickly meet wagering with disproportionately favourable game selection).

6.6 Bonus expiry: Bonuses, Free Spins and Bonus-related winnings expire as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms. Unused or expired Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

6.7 Jackpot and maximum winnings: Some Bonuses may cap maximum winnings from promotional funds. Where applicable, maximums will be specified in the promotion’s terms.

  1. Game play, odds, RTP and fair play 7.1 RNG and Live Games: Casino Games use Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed third-party software providers to determine outcomes. Live Casino games are operated by live dealers and streamed in real-time. BillyBets does not guarantee specific outcomes and accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from gaming variance.

7.2 Provider rules: Each game is provided by independent software providers. Game rules, paytables, minimum and maximum stakes, RTP (return-to-player) and game-specific mechanics are published within each game. You should review the rules before placing real-money wagers.

7.3 Fair play and audits: The Platform seeks to operate fairly and in compliance with applicable licence obligations. Where independent test certifications or audit reports are published, they will be made available on the Platform. BillyBets reserves the right to determine if a game, bet or spin is invalid as a result of malfunction, software error or improper play; invalid bets or game rounds will be voided and any affected balances adjusted.

7.4 Disputes on game outcomes: Any disputes regarding the correct result of a game or bet must be raised immediately with BillyBets customer support and will be investigated. The decision of BillyBets following its investigation (including review of server logs and provider data) is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory rights.

  1. Sportsbook-specific rules 8.1 Applicability: Sportsbook bets are subject to these Terms and separate Sportsbook Rules. Before placing bets, you must acquaint yourself with the specific Rules and market definitions applicable to the sport/event you are betting on (/sportsbook/).

8.2 Types of bets: BillyBets offers pre-match and in-play markets. Market rules (e.g., when a bet is settled as a win or void) are published in the Market Rules. In-play markets may be suspended or closed for betting at the discretion of BillyBets.

8.3 Odds and errors: Odds are provided by third-party pricing suppliers and are displayed as decimal, fractional or American as selected by the Player. BillyBets reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or settlement errors and to void bets placed on events with manifest errors.

8.4 Minimum odds for promotions: For the sports welcome offer and other sports-related promotions, qualifying bets must meet minimum odds thresholds as specified in the promo terms (e.g. 2.00 for singles, 1.50 per selection for multiples).

8.5 Streaming and live betting: Live streaming where offered is for entertainment and informational purposes only. BillyBets is not responsible for interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in stream content.

  1. VIP & loyalty programme 9.1 VIP & loyalty: BillyBets operates a multi-tier loyalty programme that rewards active Players with points, personalised offers, cashback and higher withdrawal limits. The programme’s structure, point-earning mechanics (points are branded as “pumpkins”), tier benefits and activity requirements are set out in the Loyalty Terms. 9.2 Activity requirement: VIP tier status is activity-dependent. Extended inactivity can result in tier downgrade or removal of VIP benefits. BillyBets reserves the right to modify tier thresholds and benefits with reasonable notice.

  1. Responsible gambling 10.1 Commitment: BillyBets is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Tools available include deposit limits, loss limits, session/time limits, self-assessment tests and self-exclusion. See responsible gambling information in your Account and in the Help Centre.

10.2 Self-exclusion and account closure: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with internal procedures and applicable law. During self-exclusion the Player may be prevented from registering a new Account or accessing services. Self-exclusion and closure processes are administered in good faith; BillyBets will endeavor to process requests promptly (typically within 24 hours) but processing times may vary.

10.3 Signs of problem gambling: If you suspect you have a gambling problem, seek professional help. BillyBets will provide information and facilitate self-exclusion where requested. BillyBets encourages Players to set limits and play responsibly.

  1. Privacy, data protection and security 11.1 Privacy Policy: Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the BillyBets Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Security measures: BillyBets uses encryption (including industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols and other measures such as PGP) and technological safeguards to protect data in transit and stored data. Players must maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials. Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be used to enhance Account security.

  1. Intellectual property 12.1 Content and marks: All Platform content, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and software are the property of BillyBets or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content except as permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission.

12.2 User content: Any content you post to interactive areas of the Platform must be lawful and comply with acceptable use rules. BillyBets may remove or refuse content in its discretion.

Suspension, termination and account closure 13.1 Right to suspend or close: BillyBets may suspend, limit or close Accounts and refuse service where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, the existence of multiple Accounts, providing false information, regulatory requirement, or other improper use.

13.2 Effect of closure: Upon closure, Player access will be terminated, outstanding bonuses may be voided, and in certain cases Player Funds may be withheld pending investigation. Any suspected fraud or criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

13.3 Recovery of funds: Where closure is due to breach, fraud or suspicious activity, BillyBets may cancel pending withdrawals and may offset amounts against debts owed by the Player.

  1. Complaints, disputes and governing law 14.1 Complaints: If you have a complaint, contact Customer Support via live chat or [email protected]. BillyBets will investigate complaints and aims to respond promptly. Escalated complaints will be handled through internal dispute resolution channels.

14.2 Regulatory escalation: Where applicable, under the terms of the operator’s licence(s) you may have the right to take unresolved disputes to the relevant licensing authority (for example, the Anjouan Gaming Authority and/or the Philippines regulatory authority referenced by the operator). Regulatory rights vary by jurisdiction and your local consumer protection law may apply.

14.3 Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BillyBets is licensed and operates (including the regulatory framework under which the operator is authorised). To the extent permitted by local mandatory law, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Where local mandatory law grants you different rights, those local mandatory provisions will prevail.

  1. Limitation of liability and indemnity 15.1 No warranties: All materials and services on the Platform are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind except as required by mandatory law.

15.2 Limitation of liability: Except where prohibited by law, BillyBets, its officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform. BillyBets’ aggregate liability for direct losses arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct is limited to amounts reasonably related to the matter at issue and, in any case, capped at the total amount of deposits made by the Player in the preceding 12 months where permitted by applicable law.

15.3 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BillyBets, its affiliates and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Force majeure BillyBets is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, industrial disputes, telecommunications or internet failures, power outages, war, civil commotion, or governmental acts.

  2. Severability and entire agreement If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any other documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BillyBets relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
